Phil Rosenthal is a writer and producer, mostly known for Everybody Loves Raymond. In this show, he travels around many countries tasting their culinary traditions, guided by friends or people familiar with the area and showing us the local culture. This is a family-friendly show, ideal for discovering places, cultures and flavors.

The latest season premiered on Netflix last October.

2. Anthony Bourdain: Parts unknown

If you're a foodie, it’s unlikely that you don’t know who Anthony Bourdain is. 

The renowned chef and writer shows us multiple places in the world while tasting the traditional food in famous restaurants and others that aren’t that recognized. Besides, with help from the locals, he tells us what is happening socially in the country he is visiting.

Although this is an old show, it’s still a must watch for foodies. Some seasons are available in Prime Video.

3. Chef's table

During its six seasons, Chef’s table has taken us around the world to show us the cuisine of some of the most internationally renowned chefs. Among them, there are professionals with Michelin stars, one of the highest global distinctions in the restaurant world.

Traditional food is the star of this show, that has already been to Asia and the United States. In this six-episode season, Street Food travels around different places in Latinamerica to show us some of the most famous traditional meals in Colombia, Mexico, Peru and others.
